CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light touch manual therapy technique that is focused on working with your body to identify and release tissue tension patterns throughout the body. When the body is more balanced, it can function more optimally. Releasing tensions and stored emotions in the body can not only make us feel better physically but also improve our emotional well-being and emotional resilience. Some conditions it works well with include headaches, migraines, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, physical and/or emotional trauma recovery, stress, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, central nervous system disorders, chronic pain, and more.

Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is based on the same principles described above. It is a very gentle, yet effective, approach with very few risks or side effects which makes it a wonderful option for the most precious little ones in our lives. It can be so beneficial to kiddos from birth and on. CST can help address lip and tongue ties, torticollis, feeding issues, digestive issues, behavior or emotional issues, neurodiversity, sensory processing differences, and more.
