Do you currently have Blue Cross as your insurance provider and are interested in finding out if you have acupuncture coverage?
**New patients: Please call the clinic to set up your patient profile and to collect your information before booking an appointment. This is so we can make sure we have enough time to verify your benefits before your first visit. Please allow at least 2 business days to verify benefits.
**Returning patients: Please give your insurance card to reception to make a copy or ask them to email you a secure form to share your insurance card/plan information with our insurance biller.
Please allow at least 2 business days to verify your benefits. If you give us your information with less than 48 hours notice, we will still collect full payment at time of service and make any necessary refunds after benefits are verified.
BCBS typically only covers pain diagnoses. Verification of benefits will likely acknowledge any limitations to diagnosis codes that they cover.
**Please note that simply having BCBS does not automatically mean you have acupuncture coverage. We will do our best to help you get your treatments covered if you have qualifying diagnosis codes and benefits.
All verifications are quotes by the insurance company and are subject to change. If your plan does not cover acupuncture or the diagnosis codes that fit your treatment plan, you will owe the price of the appointment to AHT.
